commission process
1. quote process
Please send a quote inquiry form. I will contact you to discuss the commission scope and pricing.
Please see "Pricing" section for general cost ideas.
Please send detailed references of your desired character or prop to be created. For fursuit commissions, please make sure references have at least 3 views (front, side, back).
I will quote you the cost of what you have commissioned. Quotes are good for 6 months as prices are subject to change.
2. pay
deposit
Upon receiving the quote and confirming you would like to go ahead with the commission, I will send an invoice for payment.
For smaller projects, full payment is due up front. For larger commissions, at least 25% deposit is required.
3. review materials
After the deposit or payment is received, I will discuss furs, fabrics, and/or materials for you to choose from so you can decide the colors you want to go with.
I will purchase the materials after your review and confirmation.
4. measurements
If you have commissioned items that require a DTD (duct-tape-dummy) or measurements, I will ask you for those.
You are fully responsible for making a sturdy duct tape dummy and shipping it to me.
Here is a helpful tutorial on making a duct tape dummy.
Please mark your elbows, belly button, knees, tailbone, and neck/hand/feet cuffs on your duct tape dummy.
Your duct tape dummy will be rejected in the cases of:
- Not sturdy enough or falling apart
- Arms and legs aren't positioned properly
- The dummy is cut up into multiple pieces
- The dummy has an offensive odor
You will be required to make/ship another.
5. making
Once at least 50% is paid, I will begin work.
I will post WIPs on my social media and keep in direct contact throughout the making process.
Please be available to contact in the event of design or craftsmanship questions.
6. shipping
Once the commission is complete, it will be ready to ship.
All shipping costs are calculated after the commission is completed. I ship fully insured in the case that your commission is damaged or lost.
You will be sent a separate invoice to pay for shipping costs. I can ship via any preferred postal service.
7. commission received
Congratulations, you've got your commission!
Please be sure to read and keep note of any care guides or notes with your commission.
If you need any help please feel free to reach out.
I offer a 3 month warranty for manufacturing defects that are my fault, not caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, pets, etc.
Most importantly, thank you for supporting and enjoy it!
