Thank you for considering me for a commission!
By participating in a commission or purchasing a premade item, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
general
information
You must be 18 years or older to order a commission.
I (the maker) reserve the right to refuse service if the client is offensive, rude, or I am uncomfortable with the project or client. I also reserve the right to block or blacklist a client who breaks my TOS.
I reserve the right to photograph and publish completed work for my portfolio, website, and social media unless agreed upon otherwise in advance.
Please do not repost photos of my work without permission.
commissions
For regular commission slots, I set the price myself based on the complexity of the character design and the requested features.
Commission slots are limited and are only available during official commission openings.
Please share a detailed non-shaded reference sheet when applying for a quote. Do not send NSFW references.
Characters must be owned by the client or have direct permission from the owner.
A commission quote is good for 6 months.
Payment is taken through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
All prices are in USD.
Payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase or commission confirmation unless another deadline has been agreed upon in advance.
Full payment is required up front for commissions costing less than $500. For larger commissions, a deposit of 25% of the total price is required up front.
If requested, a payment plan must be discussed and approved before the commission begins.
Deposits and payments made toward a commission are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been purchased specifically for the commission.
Significant design changes requested after the commission has started may require an additional fee or may not be possible depending on the stage of construction.
At the moment, I do not accept hard deadlines for commissions, however I will still try to keep them in mind.
Custom head bases are included in costs, I reserve the right to keep and/or reproduce each model made. I reserve the right to edit any base. I will not share my original sculpts unless prior arrangements are made.

Toony or Kemono style head - $1200+

shipping
The client is responsible for any and all shipping, customs, and/or tariff fees.
I will ship with full insurance only in the case your commission is lost or damaged.
I am not responsible for packages after they are shipped. Please contact me in the case your package is damaged.
I am not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs once the package has been shipped.
If a package is lost in transit, I will do my best to assist with the situation and attempt to recover the package or resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. However, I cannot guarantee a refund or recovery of the package.
repairs and warranty
I offer a 3 month warranty for repairs related to manufacturing defects that are my fault.
The 3 month period begins when the package is delivered to the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty repairs.
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, pets, washing, storage, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
I am also happy to provide assistance and advice for self repairs. There is no time limit to contacting me for repair advice.
My products may also be sent back to me for repairs after the warranty period has ended. In such cases, costs for repairs will be discussed between myself and the client.
pets and
allergies
I have dogs in my home. They do not come in direct contact with my work.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact me before purchasing or ordering a commission to discuss.
I work in a smoke-free home.
